Translation. Editing/Proofreading. Software Localization
Translating is more than simply replacing one word with another. A high-quality translation requires fluency in the source and target languages plus familiarity with the cultural background of both languages and with the subject matter. As a native of the Netherlands and longtime resident of the United States, I can offer just that.
I specialize in the fields of science, localization, medical/scientific instrumentation, and education. By only accepting jobs in my fields of expertise and interest, I guarantee that I always know what I am talking about. And what’s more, I love what I am doing – every minute, every word, every project.
Do you have an English or a Dutch text that needs revision? Then you are at the right address. I will proofread, edit, and polish your document until it is perfect. Big or small, all projects receive my full dedication.
